Goal
Knapp’s Corner Meijer in Grand Rapids, MI wanted to celebrate with their employee after receiving Great Place To Work Award in 2021.
Approach
General Merchandize Lines Leader and Team Leads wanted a way to celebrate, and show their store how much they appreciate their employees by having a Spirit Week. This was around the time of Halloween so on the last day of the week they wanted employees to wear something Halloween related before October 31st.
Results
These posters were hung up around the break room and back room where employees could see the Spirit Week celebration prior to the week it happened.
